Pure Titanium Aeration head with industrial pure titanium powder (purity 99.6899%) as the main raw material, through high temperature and high vacuum sintering. Product Maintenance



Common faults The micro-holes of the aeration head are blocked, and the aeration cannot be aerated or the aeration volume is small; generally, the cleaning method is used to solve it. There are several common applications and cleaning methods



1. For decarbonization and filtration in the pharmaceutical and chemical fields, backflushing and backwashing methods combined with ultrasonic cleaning are often used to achieve better results.



2. In the water production industry, because most of the water-insoluble salts and oxides retained on the surface of the filter element are soaked in 5% nitric acid, the cleaning effect can be achieved without ultrasonic cleaning.



3. Filtration of the original solution should be combined with the chemical properties of the pollutants, and the following methods should be used for cleaning:



(1) Alkaline washing: soak in 3-5% sodium hydroxide analytically pure solution for 30-60 minutes at a temperature of about 40 degrees, which is better in an ultrasonic cleaning machine. After soaking, rinse the inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutrality, and measure the conductivity. Dry with pure air ≥0.4MPa pressure.



(2) Pickling: soak in 5% nitric acid solution for more than 8 hours, and the temperature is about 40 degrees. Better in ultrasonic cleaners. After soaking, rinse the inside and outside with filtered deionized water or water for injection to neutrality and lateral conductivity. Dry with pure air ≥0.4MPa pressure.



(3) Organic pollution can be combined with surfactant cleaning, and the cell debris pollution system combined with enzyme cleaning is more effective (food and beverages can be cleaned with high-concentration citric acid).



(4) The above methods can be used alone or alternately with each other. If the conditions are met, the effect of combining with the ultrasonic cleaning machine is good.
