● With 30 Years Production Experience and complete quality control system, Dongya drill bits are reliable and durable with high quality 40Cr steel, YG8C carbide tip, auto-brazing and stable heat-treating process. The drilling life is much longer than other factories.
● We will make sand-blasting process after brazed drill bits. It will decrease the risk of defect drill bits.
● We will grind the body and after special process, our surface will be more smooth and golssy.
● We use dry anti-rust oil, it is better to prevent rust and the packing will not be dirty.
● We will check SDS PLUS or SDS MAX shank through the mould and make sure 100% products’ shanks are standard.
