Series vacuum annealing furnaces
1. Application:
The VTA series vacuum annealing furnaces are applicable to bright annealing of soft magnetic materials, silicon steel sheets,
electrical pure iron and copper alloys, etc. to remove the residual internal stress after quenching of forgings, welding parts,
cold stamping parts and workpieces to prevent deformation and cracking of workpieces.
2. Features:
2.1 Convenient operation, free manual/automatic conversion, fully automatic control can be realized for complete avoidance
of failure in manual operation during work.
2.2 Perfect alarm system can protect the equipments effectively.
2.3 In accordance with the process requirements and features of low heating temperature and large charge batch of some
vacuum annealing furnaces, convection heating can be considered to satisfy the needs of high heating speed and good effect
of even temperature in annealing process.
2.4 For annealing treatment of some tubular, thin and long, thin-wall parts, it is recommended adopting the vertical structure with
top or bottom charge, thus the deformation problem can be solved effectively.
3. Reference for type selection
3.1 Customers can select nickel-chromium heaters or molybdenum heaters in accordance with the annealing temperature necessary for workpieces. The max. temperature of nickel-chromium heaters is 950℃, the max. temperature of molybdenum heaters is 1300℃, and the corresponding heating power is also different.
3.2 Except for conventional models, our company can design various vacuum furnaces of special specifications according to the needs of customers.
